Welcome, future Laurentian! We look forward to seeing you on campus for an admitted student visit, giving you a chance to dive into the spaces that may become a part of your college landscape. Admitted student visits are available Monday through Friday beginning in late January and ending in late April.
We have fully redesigned our admitted student visit experience to allow you to customize your time on campus! We will offer several options for scheduled sessions each day (please keep in mind that some times may fill up quickly), and you can select the components that make the most sense for you. The visit components include:
Admitted Student Tour (1 hour 15 minutes): A full campus tour, led by one of our Admissions Ambassadors, that will showcase a bit of everything that campus has to offer, including academic spaces, one residence hall, dining, athletics, and student life. We strongly recommend including an admitted student tour if this is your first visit to campus.
Residence Hall Tour (45 minutes): A guided tour where you'll explore four different residence hall buildings to get an overall feel for on-campus living. The tour highlights students rooms and common spaces, while current students share insights about what to expect when living on campus.
What's Next? Info Session (30 minutes): A session designed to help admitted students and families understand what comes next, from deadlines and enrollment steps to helpful resources to help you get ready for arriving on campus this fall.
Specialty Tour Options (60 minutes): Dive deep into an area of campus that you'd like to more fully explore! We are offering specialty tour options focused on Academics/Research and The Arts.
Additionally, we understand that connecting with others while on campus can be extremely valuable during your visit. We'll do our best to schedule an academic experience (sitting in on a class or meeting with a professor) or a conversation with our financial aid team while you're on campus. You can also let us know if you'd like to stay for lunch in Dana Dining Hall!
