On-Campus Information Session

We are pleased to be able to welcome visitors back to campus, and have updated our Information Session schedule for high school juniors and sophomores to visit campus. Our office remains committed to connecting with prospective students as they discover St. Lawrence, all while ensuring the safety of our visitors and our community members. All visitors will be held to the standards set by our campus safety team, New York State guidelines, and guidance from local public health officials.

    Information Sessions
Our information sessions are designed with high school juniors and sophomores in mind. A member of our Admissions team will give a brief presentation about the St. Lawrence experience and the admissions and financial aid process, and you will have the chance to ask any questions you may have. The number of visitors for each information session will be limited for each family's safety.

    Campus Tours
All campus tours after info sessions will be self-guided. You can download our app, which features an audio walking tour of campus. We will also have campus maps with additional information available. As the safety of our community remains our top priority, please keep in mind that there will be limited access to campus buildings, and therefore, our tour will be mostly outside for the time being.

On-campus interviews are not available at this time, though we continue to offer numerous opportunities for online interviews via video chat. You can find more information and register here

    Safety Measures for Campus Visitors
The safety of our students, faculty, staff, and local community remains our top priority. We will be following all procedures and guidelines put in place by our campus planning teams, local public health officials, and New York State. At this time, the following measures are in place as requirements for all campus visitors:
    1. All admissions visitors must pre-register for an appointment with our office, and there will be a limited number of visitors allowed on campus at one time. As a result, we encourage you to register for your campus visit as soon as possible. At this time, we cannot accommodate walk-in visitors.
    2. Prospective students may bring a maximum of two guests to campus to attend an information session.
    3. Upon arrival, all visitors must have their temperature taken. Any individual with a temperature exceeding 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit will not be able to participate in the visit, and will not be allowed entry into any campus buildings.
    4. All visitors must wear a mask or face covering that covers the nose and mouth at all times and follow social distancing guidelines; all Admissions personnel will be doing the same. Other sanitary practices should also be observed, such as washing hands or using hand sanitizer regularly.
    5. Please be aware of the travel advisories currently in place for New York State.

We look forward to connecting with you, be it on campus or virtually! Should you have any questions, please reach out to our office via phone (315-229-5261) or email (admissions@stlawu.edu).
