Professor and Student Collaberating

Your interests and curiosity matter to us.

Ranked #11 in the nation for most accessible professors, because our faculty care about their students’ ideas. They’re more than educators; they’re mentors who will guide you along your journey to a fulfilling career and exciting future.

A community from day one.

At St. Lawrence, you’ll join our First-Year Program (FYP) alongside your new classmates as you navigate the college transition together. The FYP consists of one class in the fall and one class in the spring, and you can choose your favorite subjects or try something brand new. You’ll also share a residence hall with other students in your FYP, and your professor will serve as your first-year advisor.
