Multicultural Visit Program for Prospective Students

Each fall, we host an overnight visit for high school seniors to explore opportunities at St. Lawrence: academics, research, campus life, study abroad, internships, and career preparation. You'll connect with current students, faculty, and staff who will show you what your four years at St. Lawrence may include. You'll also learn more about the experiences of BIPOC students at St. Lawrence, have the option to schedule an interview with a member of our staff, tour our 1000-acre campus, and attend a Visit Day program with other prospective students!

When you register, you'll need to upload an unofficial copy of your high school transcript. Members of the Admissions staff will review your transcript to determine your eligibility for MVP. We require a cumulative GPA of 88 or higher (on a 100-point scale) to attend. In addition, participants must plan to apply to college in the 2024-25 academic year and to enroll in Fall 2025. The deadline to request your spot for this program is November 1, 2024.

Meals will be provided for all participants, as will transportation to and from New York City. We will share additional details with approved participants in the weeks and days leading up to the program.

If you or your family have any questions about this program, please contact Mary Sherwin (msherwin@stlawu.edu) or Ayana Hartley (ahartley@stlawu.edu), or call 800-285-1856.
